By using the services of The Mobile Unit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The Mobile Unit provides mobile car wash and fleet detailing services on-site at your specified location. We require reasonable access to the vehicle and a safe working environment. For some locations, access to power or a water connection may be required unless previously arranged.
All prices provided via our quote estimator are estimates. The final price may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless you are on a pre-approved fleet contract or membership plan.
While we take the utmost care in cleaning and detailing your vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, or issues related to heavily degraded paint or interior materials. We strongly advise removing all personal valuables prior to the service.
We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Frequent cancellations may result in the forfeiture of membership benefits.
